Clinical Operations Officer (part-time, remote)

Part-time and remote. The doctor behind the doctors: coordinates the GeroCare doctor network and makes sure the care promised to beneficiaries is actually delivered, properly and on time.

Scope: oversee doctor visits and clinical reports, follow through on patient-care recommendations, support clinical quality, recruit and onboard doctors as required, conduct teleconsultations, and engage beneficiaries and sponsors where clinical input is needed.

This suits a doctor building a portfolio rather than someone leaving clinical practice. It is as much execution and accountability as clinical judgement. GeroCare delivers doctor home visits to elderly beneficiaries, often paid for by family sponsors abroad, so follow-through is the product.

Remuneration: N250,000 per month, part-time. Days per week to be agreed.
