Lyfe Plastics and Dermatology
Half an hour with Dr Kpaduwa herself, by video, from wherever you are. You bring what you are thinking about; she tells you what is actually involved, what she would and would not do, and whether you should be doing anything at all. If the answer is that you should leave it alone, that is the answer you will get. Costings come afterwards, in writing, from the team.
Put towards the total cost of your surgery if you go ahead.
24 appointments open between now and the end of her diary. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11am to 1pm WAT.

Dr Chinwe Kpaduwa, MD FACS
01
What you have been thinking about, how long for, and what you would want to be different. You do not need photographs, the right words, or a decision.
02
What the procedure is, what recovery really looks like in Lagos, and what she would and would not do in your case. She does not discuss fees on the call; that comes from the team afterwards, in writing.
03
Either a plan, or the reason not to. If the honest answer is to leave it alone, that is the answer you get, and the half hour has still bought you it. A written costing follows from the team if you want one.
Her diary is two hours a week, so the dates below are the ones that are genuinely open. The time is held once the fee is paid and not before, because there are only 8 of these in a week and holding one open costs somebody else theirs.
Dr Kpaduwa operates. For non-surgical treatment the clinician who treats you is named before you book, is registered, and is trained and signed off by her against a logged competency standard rather than a weekend course. If you want to know who will be in the room, ask, and you will be told a name.
You are given a named contact and a number that is answered, not a general clinic line that opens at nine. Aftercare is the part of this that most people never ask about until they need it, and it is the part that decides how the whole thing feels.
Her published position, over two years of writing, is that the point is to look like yourself. If what you are asking for would read as work from across a room, she will say so in the consultation rather than after it.
Plenty of people do, and for some procedures the arithmetic genuinely favours it. What travels badly is the complication. If something needs attention in week three you are either on a plane again or in front of a surgeon who did not do the operation and has no notes. That is the trade, said plainly, and you should weigh it rather than be sold past it.
₦150,000 for 30 minutes with Dr Kpaduwa herself, by video. If you go on to have surgery, it is put towards the total. If you do not, you have bought half an hour of a board certified plastic surgeon's judgement, including the version where she tells you not to have an operation.
Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Both are verifiable publicly and you are encouraged to check, because in this market the claim is made more often than it is true.
Her diary here is 11am to 1pm on tuesdays and wednesdays, which is 8 half hours a week and no more. She is in Nigeria for a limited period. The dates on this page are the real ones.
Who stands behind this
The practice
The plastic surgery and dermatology practice led by Dr Chinwe Kpaduwa, board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She operates. The clinicians who deliver non-surgical treatment are registered, named before you book, and work to protocols she wrote and signs off.
The licensed centre
Medlyfe Wellness and Longevity Centre is the licensed, trading entity that hosts the practice and takes the bookings. Longevity, infusion and health optimisation sit alongside the aesthetic side, which is the argument the whole evening is built on: how you feel and how you look are one appointment, not two.
The group
Medlyfe is a Medbury Healthcare brand. The group runs specialist care, preventive health and wellness businesses in Nigeria, among them LifeCheck Preventive Health Centre, and is led by its chief executive Dr Itunu Akinware.
